Physical Therapy Index is an independent directory published by Sabr Software. We built it because search results for physical therapy are crowded with ads and chain landing pages. We show what the federal registry and CMS's Medicare file say about each clinic, including whether it belongs to a multi-location group, and we show how to check the rest.

We build listings from public records and verify what we can against official sources. We are not affiliated with any agency or with the businesses listed.
